   • Choose the raw materials that suit the product and this depends on physical and chemical properties so that it becomes suitable for tablet activity and at the same time suitable for the manufacturing process to avoid problems in the production line.

   • Physical treatments on the raw materials that need to change their physical properties to avoid problems in production or in a step of manufacturing process such as particle size and particle shape, density and buoyancy using different process grinding, granulation and sieving… etc.

   • Put the perfect mixing process to avoid problems in tablet mass that sometimes happens due to different chemical and physical properties of each raw material then need the right mixing order with the right mixing speed to avoid rising temperature so that in the end we get homogeneous tablet mass .

   • Produce tablets using a tablet press in good yield and high quality tablet weight, hardness, disintegration time that helps the tablets pass to the next step in the coating process.

   • Choose the right and natural coating ingredients to protect the tablets from moisture, oxygen and light while masking bad taste and smell and it will be easy to swallow.
